Andy

Andrew "Andy" Ernst is the Production Manager and Senior Estimator at SERVPRO of Eau Claire, responsible for managing our crew, scheduling, and estimating. Andy has nearly a decade of experience in restoration services with SERVPRO of Eau Claire. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), as well as Lead-Safe Renovator certified with the State of Wisconsin and Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) certified with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

In addition, Andy has a degree in Wood Technics and is a building and construction specialist who handles the bulk of our estimating services. Andy is an expert in all things restoration and construction and a valuable asset to our team and our customers.

Abbigayle (Abbi)

Abbi is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Eau Claire. She handles one of the most important aspects of the company by working with insurance companies to process claims and services as quickly as possible. Having served in many areas previously, Abbi has extensive knowledge of our processes from start to finish. She is a team player who is focused on providing the highest quality of service to our clients and customers.

Randy

Randy first joined the SERVPRO of Eau Claire family in 2015, in his career with us he has done mitigation services, marketing and is now our Reconstruction Manager. He enjoys working with home and business owners and aligning our in-house crews and our sub-contractors on projects to help ensure the home or business is back to preloss conditions or better, "Like it never even happened." When Randy isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, archery, hunting, fishing and grilling.

Bob

Bob is a construction technician.  He is quiet, but enjoys working with the customers and gets awesome reviews!! When Bob isn't making customers happy, you can find him traveling or on a golf course.
